What is this?

A steroid pharmaceutical is injected directly into an active, cystic lesion. This works rapidly to reduce swelling, redness, and pain. It cannot be used for all acne lesions but we can assess and help determine if it is right for you.

How many treatments will I need?

Just one administration and the lesion is often reduced substantially by 24 hours.

How long will my appointment take?

Less than 15 minutes!

What will I look like immediately after treatment?

Your skin will look unchanged but within 24 hours, the acne lesion will be reduced in redness, size, swelling, and pain.
